Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Rekky operates an in-house silicone extrusion facility with platinum-cured (addition-cured) processing capabilities. Our production lines handle tubing from 6 mm to 75 mm inner diameter, with multi-layer reinforcement including polyester braid, glass fiber, aramid fiber and 316L stainless steel wire.
Every production batch undergoes dimensional inspection, visual quality control and compliance verification. We maintain full traceability from raw material to finished product, with batch-specific Certificates of Analysis available upon request.
