Our DIN/SMS assemblies feature 316L stainless steel threaded ferrules with precision-machined sealing faces and hygienic thread profiles that prevent product accumulation in thread roots. The silicone hose is factory-crimped onto the ferrule using a multi-segment hydraulic crimp that maintains the ferrule’s roundness and surface finish — critical for passing GMP and dairy hygiene audits.
Each assembly is pressure-tested, tagged with a unique serial number, and shipped with full documentation including material certificates (3.1) for the stainless steel and Certificates of Analysis for the silicone hose.
