We achieve full vacuum capability through two reinforcement strategies: (1) a 316L stainless steel wire helix embedded in the hose wall that acts as a rigid skeleton, or (2) a heavy multi-ply textile or fabric reinforcement that resists the inward crushing force. Both constructions maintain the purity and flexibility of platinum-cured silicone while eliminating the vacuum collapse risk.
This hose is essential for pharmaceutical vacuum filtration, food vacuum packaging, laboratory vacuum ovens, biotech centrifuge connections, and any process where the hose must handle both suction and discharge without changing shape.
